Buying a home can be a stressful time but Mr. Weaver did an excellent job with everything. He was very knowledgeable, fast and honest. I would never buy a home without using VIP mortgage.

I have used Chuck Weaver no less than five times to finance or refinance a mortgage. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the mortgage process. He will find you the best possible rate and has a team that supports him to give you the absolute best customer service experience. If you have your required documents ready, he is on it! I have never met another lender that works so fast, and so efficiently. I will use Chuck again and again and have no concerns in giving him the highest recommendation possible.

Chuck made sure that as a first time home buyer I wasn't left in the dark. He didn't mind explaining things more than once and was always available! Chuck always made sure to tell me what step was next and what I needed to do after that. At the same time I never felt overwhelmed at the process.

Mr. Weaver was extremely knowledgable of the entire process of home loans (and we are first time buyers). He was ahead of every deadline. Getting a home loan is seriously a big process, but we are so thankful to have had Chuck there patiently explaining (and re-explaining) each step.

Chuck was very honest about his costs (very low) and gave us a very good rate (we ended up needing even less cash to close than he estimated). He got us to clear to close very quickly and could have even quicker had we needed to. He was very patient and responsive to all our questions at anytime of the day, even on weekends. No surprises and made our first time home buying process smooth and painless.
